Oregon Restoration began in 2008 with one truck, a handful of tools, and a simple mission: do the job right. Our founder, Ryan Gilyeat, had worked in the industry long enough to see how often speed was valued over quality and how clients were left feeling like just another project. He believed there was a better way, one built on integrity, craftsmanship, and putting people first.
What started as a small Portland team grew through referrals, repeat clients, and the trust of insurance partners who saw the difference in how we worked. Over the years, we’ve expanded to Bend and Eugene, added specialized services, and built a team of more than 120 professionals.
We’ve been on the front lines of everyday property losses and some of Oregon’s largest storm events, balancing massive project loads while never losing sight of the homeowner or business owner at the center of each job.
