Reconstruction after property damage is not ordinary remodeling. The repair scope has to connect back to the mitigation file, insurance documentation, damaged materials, code requirements, and the condition of the property before the loss. Every one of those has to line up before the rebuild is right, and we manage that from estimate and approvals through final repairs.

After drying is complete, we rebuild what the water took out: flooring, drywall, cabinetry, and trim. Because we also handle the water damage mitigation, the repair scope picks up directly from the drying logs and moisture readings instead of starting from a guess.
Fire and smoke damage usually runs deeper than the burn. After fire and smoke restoration, we rebuild the affected framing, surfaces, and finishes, and address the smoke and odor that show up well outside the fire’s footprint.
Once mold remediation is done, we restore the walls, flooring, and finishes that had to be removed, and rebuild in a way that doesn’t trap the moisture that caused the problem in the first place.
After a tree strike or a storm, we handle structural repairs from the roofline down: framing, sheathing, roofing, siding, and the interior finishes affected by the impact or the water that followed.

Rebuilding after a loss is harder than it looks, and harder than new construction in one specific way: you’re blending new work into a building that has already settled, shifted, and aged. Walls aren’t perfectly square anymore and floors aren’t perfectly level. That’s normal, but it means a repair that looks fine on day one can show its seams months later if it isn’t done with care. Matching textures, finishes, and transitions into an existing structure takes a different skill than building fresh, and when the damage is structural, it takes real planning to reconnect framing so the building performs the way it should.

The other half of the job is the claim. Reconstruction happens inside an insurance scope, and if that scope doesn’t reflect the full extent of the loss, the gap lands on you. Getting it right means documenting the damage thoroughly, building an accurate scope, and working with the adjuster so the approved scope reflects what full restoration actually requires. That’s a job on top of the construction, and it’s one we take seriously, from the first day of mitigation through the final walkthrough.

A good reconstruction doesn’t call attention to itself. When the work is done, the goal is simple: your property looks and works the way it did before the loss, like the whole thing never happened.
Most losses get split between two companies: one shows up fast for the emergency, and a different contractor rebuilds later. We handle the whole loss under one roof, so the mitigation and the rebuild are one project instead of two. Our reconstruction estimator is often on site during the drying, which means the rebuild is already taking shape before mitigation even wraps.
We document what was actually there and make the case for materials that match it, so a hardwood floor doesn’t come back as laminate and a real repair doesn’t turn into a visible patch. Where we can preserve and match the original, we do. Where we can’t, we find the closest equivalent and blend it in.
