It’s arranged through our partner Momnt and tied to your Oregon Restoration project, so it can’t be applied toward services from another company. If you need financing for work outside of what we’re handling, that would be a separate arrangement through a lender of your choosing.
You are not required to use the full amount you are approved for. Financing is tied to the actual cost of the work performed, and you only use what is needed for your project.
