Oregon Restoration celebrartes Quarter 3 2025 Mitigation Team Performance

Oregon Restoration Celebrates Q3 Mitigation Team Awards

Restoration is fast-paced and unpredictable work, so each quarter we set aside a morning to pause, look back, and recognize the team that makes it all happen.

Today we celebrated our Mitigation team for accomplishments during Quarter 3 of 2025. Our awards recognize both individual and team performance, but they’re a little different from the typical corporate award program. We believe hard work can be fun, and our awards reflect that with names like The Terminator, Braveheart, and The Wizard of O.R. The trophies are equally prestigious (nothing but the finest home décor items sourced from local liquidation stores).

A Record-Breaking Quarter

In Q3 2025, the team set several new records across key performance indicators, reflecting the continued growth of both our field and office teams. The benchmarks we track are the result of hundreds of individual decisions, from technicians setting equipment to project managers acting as first responders when someone discovers water on their floor, with coordinators keeping everything documented and moving behind the scenes. Together, those efforts help us accomplish our number one goal: helping our customers recover from property damage.

Most Improved

Quarter 3 2025 Mitigation Awards: James T. Most Improved

One of our top awards is Most Improved, which goes to the team member who has demonstrated the most growth. This quarter’s winner was James Taylor, a key lead technician and the pioneer of our Crawlspace Encapsulation program.

While still relatively new, our crawlspace program has surged in recent months, likely helped by a warm but wet winter that caused flooding issues in many homes. James has been leading a crew in the field, and his precision and attention to detail have resulted in several excellent encapsulation projects, like this one:

Producer of the Quarter

In Q3 2025, Jesse Mathis was in just his second full quarter as a project manager. He entered the role after setting records in several of our Lead Technician categories, and it didn’t take long for him to demonstrate the same high level of performance as a project manager. Jesse picked up several individual awards during the quarter, including most amount under management, which ultimately earned him the top recognition, Producer of the Quarter.

Jesse M. wins the Q3 2025 Producer of the Quarter award at Oregon Restoration.

One of the highlights of every awards presentation is the photo contest. This quarter’s theme was Teamwork, and there were several awesome submissions, but when this came up, the winner was clear (our coordinators rule!):

It was a fun morning of laughs and cheers, but now it’s back to the real work: responding to emergencies at 2 a.m., crawling around in wet crawlspaces, and doing the detailed mold cleaning that helps our customers get their homes back.

Great work Mitigation Team!
