His focus is helping clients keep projects connected from first response through final repair without losing the thread between scopes.
Jonathan Pottmeyer brings more than 26 years of commercial construction experience, including complex, high-risk projects in active medical facilities, educational environments, office spaces, and industrial settings. His background includes field leadership, superintendent work, and senior project management, giving him a practical understanding of both planning and execution.
Jonathan’s healthcare project experience includes Southern Coos Hospital surgical wing work and the OHSU Tuality Hospital NICU and Pediatric Suite, which involved full demolition and build-back next to an operational ICU wing. His experience with occupied and sensitive environments supports the planning, phasing, communication, and coordination healthcare facilities require.
Ben Huffman brings more than 25 years of commercial construction experience, with a strong background in tenant improvements, retail, healthcare facilities, and higher education projects. As a project manager and estimator, Ben supports project planning, cost estimating, scheduling, and coordination from pre-construction through completion.
His project experience includes multiple renovation projects at Legacy Good Samaritan, Tuality healthcare spaces, the VA Pathology Lab, VA Hybrid OR, OHSU Primate Center VGTI Lab, and other commercial and institutional facilities. He has managed work across diverse project environments, giving him the ability to anticipate issues, maintain budgets, coordinate stakeholders, and keep healthcare projects moving.
